James Rutledge is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in voice technology and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Senior IT Voice Technology Engineer at VyStar Credit Union since March 2015, James has a solid background that includes roles as a Voice Telephony Analyst and UC Engineer at NGA Human Resources, and as a Business Applications Analyst at Wells Fargo. Prior to these positions, James worked as a Senior Technician III at Converged Communications and began a career in telecommunications as a Technician at Northeast Florida Telephone Co.
