Michael Cousins has extensive work experience in the field of surveying, geoscience, and project management. Michael started their career in 2001 at Thales as a Geophysicist and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2010, they worked at Fugro and served as a Geophysicist and later as a Senior Geophysicist/Reporting Project Manager at Fugro Survey Limited. In 2010, they joined Vysus Group and held various roles including Project Manager - Geoscience, Senior Geoscientist/Project Manager, Geoscience Manager, and VP Survey & GeoEngineering. In 2016, they joined Lloyd's Register and worked as a Geoscience Manager - Survey & GeoEngineering and later as a VP - Survey & GeoEngineering. Michael continued their role as a VP Survey & GeoEngineering at Vysus Group from 2019 until their most recent role.
Michael Cousins attended Bangor University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Geological Oceanography with a focus on Marine Geophysics.
