Glen Varghese

Glen Varghese, CAPM, currently serves as a Business Analyst at W. Capra Consulting Group, having previously held positions at Vanderbilt University as Facilities Team Lead and Basketball Lead Official. At Vanderbilt University, Glen Varghese improved student engagement by coordinating daily operations at the Recreation and Wellness Centre and successfully developed program schedules while implementing public health policies. Additionally, Glen Varghese trained new officials in basketball officiating and managed multiple games weekly. Prior experience includes a Sales Intern role at Smith & Associates, where Glen Varghese managed leads and customer accounts, and served in the Singapore Armed Forces as an Intelligence & Operations Executive, overseeing operational processes for a battalion of 500 soldiers. Glen Varghese holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an IB Diploma from UWC South East Asia.
