Mike Anello

Mike Anello is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Board Member at O3 Solutions and Operix, Anello has also co-founded M33 Growth in 2017, where ongoing contributions align with entrepreneurial growth initiatives. As an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School since 2024, Anello co-teaches a course on entrepreneurial sales. Additional board memberships include ARES Project Management LLC, L2L, and W Energy Software, while advising at project44 and B12. Anello holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
