Joanne Deady

Joanne Deady is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the chemical and refining industries, currently serving as Vice President of Global Marketing for Refining Technologies at W. R. Grace since 1986. Throughout her tenure at W. R. Grace, Joanne has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Marketing and R&D, Vice President and General Manager of Membranes, and Vice President of Planning and Business Development. Prior to joining W. R. Grace, Joanne worked as a Research Engineer at Chevron from 1981 to 1986. Joanne holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, completed between 1993 and 1995, and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware, earned from 1977 to 1981.
