Guy Magrath

Guy Magrath is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience advising high-profile boards and driving digital transformation within prominent organizations. Currently serving as an Advisor to the Board for Grainger and Irish Life, Guy has also held roles as a Leadership Coach at Box UK and as a Board Advisor at Nisbets. Previously, Guy was the Chief Digital Officer and later the Chief Digital Data & Technology Officer at Electrocomponents plc, where significant contributions were made to the company's growth and digital strategy. Additional experience includes launching a startup venture at OKdo, advising the Innovation Board at the CBI, and a successful tenure as Marketing Director at RS Components, where long-term market decline was reversed. Guy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Administration and Management from The University of Huddersfield and several specialized marketing qualifications.
