Karma Deady

Karma Deady, MS, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Wabash since June 2024. In addition, Karma operates Good Karma HR Consulting and Mediation LLC as an HR Consultant and Professional Mediator since January 2019, providing coaching, advising, and mediation services to businesses nationwide. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Clean Harbors, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and support for a large sales team and field employees, and Region Human Resources Manager at Sunbelt Rentals, supporting multiple sites in Texas and Louisiana.
