Astrid Garcia Rodriguez

Astrid Garcia Rodriguez is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in compensation, benefits, and human capital management. Currently serving as Compensation and Benefits Director at Wabtec Corporation since January 2024, Astrid previously held several senior HR management roles at Baker Hughes, including accountability for M&A human capital management and global mobility transformation initiatives. Prior to Baker Hughes, Astrid worked at GE for over a decade, contributing to the Global Compensation team and leading HR operations improvements across multiple regions. Early career experience includes project management and safety training program development at L'Oréal R&D and CERIB.
