David "Woody" later joined GE, where they held positions including Technical Sales & Marketing Representative, National Account Executive, Transportation Solution Team Leader, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Global Commercial Operations Leader, and Midwest Regional Key Account Sales Manager. In 2019, they joined Wabtec Corporation and served as Vice President - Strategic Accounts. David "Woody" then became the Corporate Vice President - Commercial Excellence & Customer Development before assuming their current role as Equipment Vice President (EVP) - Global Locomotives.
David "Woody" Woodman attended Penn State University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
