Roopa Jha Shenoy

Roopa Jha Shenoy currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Management at Wabtec Corporation, having joined the company in March 2024. Prior to this role, Roopa was the Sr. Director of New Business Development at Corning Incorporated from October 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included orchestrating a strategy to enhance the service obtainable market and managing product line P/L. Roopa also held positions at Volvo Trucks North America, first as Director of Electric Vehicles and Services from January 2020 to October 2021, leading initiatives in Electromobility, and previously as Engineering Manager, where efforts focused on competence planning and design strategies. Roopa holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Carolina State University, an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering.
