Sanjay Shah

Sanjay Shah has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sanjay is currently the Chief Operating Officer at the Wadhwani Foundation, where they work with various stakeholders to empower small business entrepreneurs, inspire startup entrepreneurs, and provide employability skills to job-seeking students. Prior to this, they were involved in revolutionizing the local trucking market as the Founder, CTO, and Product Strategy leader at Instavans. Sanjay also served as an Angel Investor at the Indian Angel Network, Fellow at the iSPIRT Foundation, and Member of the Board of Directors at Sasken Technologies. Additionally, they held the role of Managing Director at iManage and Zapty, as well as Managing Director of Invensys Skelta at Schneider Electric. Sanjay also served as the Managing Director and CEO at Invensys Skelta. Sanjay Shah's breadth of experience and involvement in various organizations highlights their expertise in entrepreneurship and business management.

Sanjay Shah completed their Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 1985. Sanjay then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, graduating in 1988. In 2005, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for a one-week Advanced Business Study program. Sanjay Shah also participated in two one-week President's Programs at Harvard Business School, one in 2011 and another in 2013, as part of the Young Presidents' Organization.
