João Paulo Gomes

João Paulo Gomes is a seasoned software engineer and technology leader, currently serving as a Software Engineer at Rabobank and the Backend Platforms Guild Leader at WAES since March 2022. Previously, João worked at Itaú Unibanco for nearly a decade, holding various roles, including Software Engineering Specialist and Senior Systems Analyst, focusing on software engineering, project management, and internal web applications. João has also contributed to companies such as Digital House Brasil as a SQL Specialist Instructor and Ci&T as a Software Engineer, developing payment systems for major clients. Educationally, João holds an MBA in Administration and Business from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, a specialization in Software Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, and an Information Technology degree from UNIBTA.
