Lisa then joined Washington Federal as SVP & Division Manager before transitioning to WaFd Bank, where Lisa currently serves as SVP & Chief People Officer. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, overseeing multiple branches and leading various aspects of employee relations and operations.
