Vic Ikeda-Wood has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Vic is currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Wagestream since February 2022. Prior to this, Vic worked at ANC as part of their Business Operations and Strategy team from August 2019 to February 2022. From August 2015 to August 2019, they held the position of Director of Customer Support at SportsEngine. Vic also had a significant tenure at First Niagara Bank, where they progressed from the role of Assistant Branch Manager from April 2007 to October 2009 to eventually becoming a Senior Analyst in Customer Experience from April 2013 to July 2015. In between, they also served as an Area Operations Manager from October 2009 to April 2013.
