Christina Markl

Christina Markl, SPHR, is a seasoned senior HR leader with extensive experience in managing human resources functions and teams. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Business Partners at WE Communications since June 2022, Christina oversees a team of over 50 remote HR business partners and 6 direct reports, focusing on employee engagement, organizational policy changes, and compliance with regulations. Previously, Christina held the position of Manager of People & Organization at Zulily and spent over a decade at Expeditors, where responsibilities included managing HR operations and compliance for North America. Christina's career began as a Human Resources Generalist, contributing to the foundation of HR practices in a growing department. Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pitzer College.
