Robert Vangorder

Robert VanGorder, MS, MBA, serves as the Director of Human Resources and Risk Management at Wagner Equipment since July 2005, overseeing enterprise-wide risk management and leading a team of 20 in various safety and compliance programs across multiple locations, including international operations. Prior to this role, VanGorder held positions in risk management and safety at CLP Resources and BELFOR Property Restoration, focusing on limiting company-wide risk exposure and managing health and safety initiatives. A former Environmental, Health & Safety Engineer at Lockheed Martin and a System Safety Engineer at Allied Signal Aerospace, VanGorder began a career in safety management with the United States Air Force. Academic achievements include an MBA in Finance, a Master of Environmental Policy, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Denver and Colorado Christian University.
