Jeff Roach

Jeff Roach has a diverse range of work experience in various managerial roles. Jeff most recently worked as an Operations Manager at Wagner Spray Tech since April 2017. Prior to that, they served as a Manufacturing Manager at Kapteyn-Murnane Laboratories (KMLabs) Inc. where they focused on developing a team of engineers and technicians for producing advanced ultrafast lasers. Jeff also held the position of Industrial Production Manager at ICS Integrated Cable Systems, where they developed a team and implemented continuous improvement initiatives. Jeff has also served as a Production Manager at Research Electro-Optics, overseeing key strategic accounts and leading a team to achieve exceptional delivery performance. Before that, they owned a franchise at Cartridge World. Jeff's earliest managerial experience comes from their time at Flowserve Corporation, where they worked for over 15 years and gained expertise in lean concepts and practices while directing production, quality, safety, and cost control in large production areas.

Jeff Roach earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix, where they attended from 2014 to 2015.
