Marlena (Marlee) Heidecker, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Marlena (Marlee) started their career as a Sales Representative at Star Tribune in 2010, where they developed strong communication and sales techniques. Marlena (Marlee) then worked as a Student Assistant at Hamline School of Business, managing administrative tasks and engaging with different people. Marlee later interned as an Administrative Intern at IdentiSys before joining Adecco Staffing, USA as a Recruiter. At Adecco, they connected talented workers to job opportunities and served as a career advisement expert. Marlee then moved on to Japs-Olson Company as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they managed direct marketing production campaigns. Currently, Marlee is working as a Human Resources Generalist at Wagner Spray Tech, a market leader in advanced paint applicators.
