Nick Gerdes has a range of work experience in manufacturing engineering and construction labor. Nick began their career as a Construction Laborer at Pavek Homes and Remodeling in 2006 and worked there until 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Wagner. Following that, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Audio Research Corporation from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Manufacturing Engineer II at Wagner Spray Tech, starting in 2017.
Nick Gerdes began their education at New Prague High School, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2010 to 2014.
