Born and raised in France, where he worked towards his Finance MA at ESSEC, Mehdi followed his passion for the MENA region and relocated to the Middle East, where his financial career would blossom. Over the next 12 years, Mehdi went on to further develop his financial repertoire at Morgan Stanley and Societe Generale. Beyond his hefty portfolio, with his eagerness to build up financial institutions and his fascination with Islamic finance, it’s no wonder why Mehdi is at Wahed today. He is based in Dubai, UAE.
