Catherine Dillon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and business process improvement. Currently serving as Interim CEO and Operations Manager at WAI Wānaka since June 2022, Catherine previously held the role of Operations Manager at Empowering Businesswomen from September 2020 to August 2021. Catherine’s tenure at Wessex Water from September 2008 to June 2018 included positions such as Business Systems and Change Manager, where teams were established to drive strategic change and enhance operational efficiencies, and Energy Services Manager, focusing on embedding energy-saving principles across the organization. Earlier roles included Business Systems Manager, overseeing a £10m Work and Asset Management Programme, and Process Improvement Advisor, leading significant corporate transformation efforts. Catherine's career began at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, where various project management roles culminated in a position as Business Analyst for a Corporate Capability Review Project. Education includes attendance at Rangitoto College and studies at Massey University.
