Andrew Holt

Andrew Holt is a seasoned professional in product quality assurance and technical management, currently serving as the Product Quality Assurance Manager at Waitrose & Partners since September 2010. In this role, Andrew leads a team focused on ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality products. Previously, Andrew held the position of Category Technical Manager for Fresh Produce & Horticulture, overseeing a team dedicated to ethical and sustainable sourcing. Andrew has also contributed as the Change Programme Business Lead for Technical & CSR initiatives and as a Technical Manager for Meal Solutions, managing a wide variety of chilled food products. Prior experience includes working as a Product Technologist at Sainsbury's and as a Senior Product Technologist at Bakkavor, along with a quality internship at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. Andrew Holt earned a degree from The University of Manchester, following education at Burnham Grammar School.
