Eric Drobny

Eric Drobny serves as the Senior Director of Audience Development and Marketing at WaitWhat since March 2025, leading a team of 10 in expanding the audience for five shows and podcasts including Masters of Scale and Pioneers of AI, while optimizing discovery and downloads through various platforms. Additionally, Eric has been a self-employed freelance editorial, audience, and marketing consultant since January 2025, providing services to media, sports, and non-profit organizations. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree in History from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
