Joanna Naumowicz

Joanna Naumowicz is the Chief Corporate Legal Officer at Wakam since June 2023, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles, including Head of Legal Corporate at Believe from February 2019 to May 2023, where Joanna managed a team of in-house lawyers for a group of 40 companies across 15 countries and led legal operations for the company's IPO. Earlier experience includes serving as an Attorney in M&A and Corporate Law at Gide Loyrette Nouel, a Tax Advisor at EY, and a Trainee Solicitor at Clifford Chance LLP. Joanna holds multiple degrees in law from prestigious institutions, including a Trainee-Solicitor certification from Paris Bar School and a Master's degree in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Montpellier.
