Paul B. Goodson

Paul B. Goodson, P.E., CAE, serves as the CEO and Executive Consultant at The Goodson Group, LLC, providing management consulting services since June 2004. With extensive experience in strategy, governance, leadership, and program management, Paul has held significant roles such as Executive Director for the North Carolina Association of Launderers and Cleaners and the Information Architecture Institute. Additionally, Paul has been involved in IEEE leadership at various levels, including serving as Chairman of the Eastern North Carolina Section and in the North Carolina Council. As Chairman Emeritus of the North Carolina Executive Roundtable and a member of the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross, Paul contributes to strategic planning and community relations. Paul also held several leadership positions in the Professional Engineers of North Carolina and the National Society of Professional Engineers. An alumnus of North Carolina State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and a certificate from the Center for Creative Leadership, Paul combines technical expertise with comprehensive leadership experience.
