Thomas Moorman

Thomas Moorman serves as a Senior Project Manager and Real Estate Specialist for Wake County's Facilities Design & Construction since June 2015. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Associate Director of Construction Management at Tri Properties, focusing on project management and commercial brokerage from August 2013 to July 2015. Thomas's extensive experience in the commercial development and construction sector spans nearly two decades as Vice President and Senior Project Manager at Holland Construction Co., Inc., specializing in multifamily housing projects and various construction uses from June 1994 to July 2013. Earlier career roles include Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at SouthTrust Bank and Bank of America. Thomas earned an AB in English from Duke University and is pursuing a Masters in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, alongside a Project Management Certificate from North Carolina State University.
