Crystal Isler

Crystal Isler is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Enrollment Management for MBA Programs at Wake Forest University since January 2023. Prior to this role, Crystal worked at UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health as the Assistant Director of Admissions, overseeing recruitment events and managing the campus visit program from November 2021 to January 2023. From March 2018 to October 2021, Crystal held the position of Admissions Counselor for the Master of Accounting Program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where responsibilities included guiding prospective students through admissions standards and advising on competitive applications. Earlier experience includes four years as a Fourth Grade Teacher at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, leading a team of educators and advising students on academic and social goals. Crystal holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
