Scot McCray is the current CEO at Advance Community Health. Prior to this, they were the President and Chief Executive Officer at COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES OF LAMOILLE VALLEY from September 2018 to May 2020. There, they were responsible for leading the organization through a successful HRSA Operational site visit that resulted in a nearly perfect audit. Scot also authored and executed a comprehensive plan to serve as the “playbook” for the next five years that addressed culture, fiscal sustainability, and market expansion.
Scot McCray's educational career began at Clemson University, where they studied public health and earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Scot then attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where they earned a Master of Public Health in health systems policy and administration.
