Namrata Gor

Namrata Gor is an experienced professional in growth and partnerships, currently working at Wakefit since November 2023. Previously, Namrata held the position of Assistant Manager - Alliances & Marketing at Porter, where responsibilities included acquiring new customers through strategic alliances with notable companies and successfully executing fintech partnerships to enhance customer retention and ROI measurement. Namrata also served as Associate Manager - Partnerships at RentoMojo, where various partnership deals with prominent brands were planned and executed. As a co-founder of POSH ATTIRE, Namrata was recognized in the IIM Bangalore Top 50 Women's Startup Program and was instrumental in driving the company to break-even within two years. Earlier roles included e-commerce positions and merchandise management across diverse companies. Namrata holds a Master’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Gandhinagar, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from N.R. Institute of Business Management, Ahmedabad.
