Ashley Thyes

Ashley Thyes is an Actuarial Analyst at Wakely Consulting Group since June 2022. Previously, Ashley served as a Gifted Peer Mentor at Lincoln Public Schools, where support was provided to highly gifted mathematics students. Experience also includes a role as a Resident Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, fostering community among residents and resolving conflicts. Ashley has participated in undergraduate research, focusing on data analysis and Institutional Review Board documentation. An internship with Cigna in the Actuarial Executive Development Program involved standardizing reserve summaries and analyzing data for case studies. Additional experience includes leading afterschool clubs at Clinton Elementary School and an early program with Humana. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Actuarial Science from Nebraska College of Business.
