Natasha Ellis-Smith

Natasha Ellis-Smith is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in identity and access management, system administration, and technical support. Currently an Identity and Access System Administrator I at WakeMed since July 2020, Natasha oversees the provisioning of network and system access for users while ensuring compliance with corporate requirements. Natasha also serves as the Social Media Coordinator for the Chi Xi Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., managing the implementation and documentation of various programs and events across multiple social media platforms. With a background that includes significant roles at Duke University School of Medicine and SECU, alongside educational qualifications comprising a Master of Science in Information Technology and a BS in Computer Science, Natasha brings a diversified skill set to both technical operations and community engagement.
