Mike Cusano is a seasoned professional in pre-construction management with extensive experience in leading project planning and estimating. Currently serving as Pre-Construction Manager and Senior Estimator at Walbridge since July 2022, Mike collaborates with internal teams, design professionals, and project owners to strategize bids, prepare scopes of work, and manage project scheduling and logistics across diverse market segments. Prior roles include Preconstruction Manager at CSM Group and Project Manager at Kalamazoo Mechanical, where Mike managed various aspects of construction projects, including supervision and subcontractor coordination. Mike holds a High School Diploma from Kalamazoo Central High School and has furthered education at Kellogg Community College.
