Lena Wilms

Lena Wilms has extensive work experience in human resources. Lena started their career at SOGECLAIR aerospace in 2007 as a Personalreferent and later became the Director HR. Lena worked there until 2021. In 2021, Lena joined Buss Group GmbH & Co. KG as the Personalleiterin. Currently, they are working as the Head of Human Resources at Waldemar Link GmbH & Co. KG since 2023.

Lena Wilms pursued their education from 2002 to 2007 at Leuphana University of Lüneburg. During this time, they obtained a degree in Wirtschaftsrecht, known as Dipl.-Wirtschaftsjuristin (FH).
