Shawn Picht

Shawn Picht is an experienced instructional designer currently serving as the Lead Instructional Designer at Walden University since December 2022, responsible for creating comprehensive learning solutions for university initiatives. Prior experience includes a similar role at Adtalem Global Education, overseeing enrollment enablement during a significant corporate transition. Shawn's career at Walden University began in 2013, with roles that included Manager of Multimedia Instruction and Marketing and instructional media specialist, where Shawn developed training materials and enhanced online learning experiences. Additional experience encompasses teaching roles at Sanford-Brown College and Wellstone International High School, along with earlier positions in management and customer service. Shawn holds a Master's degree in English from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
