Michel is currently the Founder and CEO of Waldencast and previously served as the Chairman of the Board at Kjaer Weis. With an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a B.S. in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico, Michel has demonstrated their expertise in business management and strategic leadership throughout their career.
