Koray Baydu

Koray Baydu is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Banquets at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club since July 2021. Previous positions held include Senior Banquets Manager and Assistant General Manager at the same venue, and Senior Food and Beverage Manager at Monarch Bay Beach Club. Koray also worked at Rubio's Restaurants, Inc. as District Manager, overseeing operations for eleven restaurants, and had roles at Montage Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations, budgets, staff training, and quality assurance. Koray holds a minor in Business Management from Saddleback College and has further education from Orange Coast College.
