Ezra Ok

Ezra Ok has extensive experience in state and local tax strategy, currently serving as Director of State Tax Strategy at Walgreens Boots Alliance since February 2022, after holding the position of Senior Manager in the same area. Prior to this, Ezra was employed at PwC from September 2015 to February 2022, progressing from Associate to Senior Manager within the State and Local Tax and Mergers & Acquisitions teams. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Marketing from the same institution, complemented by early experience as a Student Assistant in the NYU Information Technology Finance Team and an internship at PwC.
