Joanna Davis

Joanna Davis is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Lawyer at Walgreens Boots Alliance since May 2016, Joanna is adept in drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts, including distribution, supply, and IT agreements. Prior to this role, Joanna worked as a Solicitor at Shoosmiths from September 2010 to April 2016, where expertise included advising on non-contentious commercial matters across diverse sectors such as retail and technology. Joanna gained valuable insights during a secondment at Jaguar Land Rover in 2014, focusing on commercial law issues linked to sponsorship and distribution. Joanna holds a Legal Practice Course diploma from Nottingham Law School and a BA in Law with German from The University of Nottingham, complemented by studies at The University of Göttingen.
