Nathaniel Salazar

Nathaniel Salazar is a Senior Analyst at Walker & Dunlop, having progressed from a Production Analyst position since June 2022. Previously, Nathaniel served as an Assistant Director at a Chick-fil-A franchise from May 2017 to January 2022. Nathaniel also gained experience as a Multifamily Finance Intern at Walker & Dunlop for a brief period in 2021, where responsibilities included tracking industry trends and assisting the team with deal structuring, which fostered a strong interest in Commercial Real Estate. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Analysis from California State University, Northridge, attained in May 2022.
