Kate Patton Regal serves as the Senior Director of Consulting at Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs, leading initiatives in behavioral health, mental health, social-emotional learning, family and community engagement, and special education since August 2022. Previously, Kate was the Director of Social Emotional Learning at MATCH Charter Public School, where responsibilities included developing a multi-tiered mental health support system for young students and facilitating professional development. Kate's experience also includes managing the Wediko-McKinley Partnership, overseeing clinical consultation and therapy for students with social-emotional challenges, and holding various roles at Wediko Children's Services since 2001. Kate holds a Master of Social Work from Boston University School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from William & Mary.
