Geordie Walker has a diverse work experience history spanning several industries. Geordie is currently the President & CEO of Walker Industries since October 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Executive Vice President, Finance and CFO at Walker Industries from July 2016 to October 2019. Before joining Walker Industries, Geordie served as the General Manager, Organic Resource Management from November 2013 to July 2016. Geordie also worked as the Director - Corporate Development at Walker Industries from December 2010 to November 2013.

Prior to their roles at Walker Industries, Geordie worked at Canaccord Genuity Inc. as a Director, Investment Banking from 2003 to 2009. Geordie also served as an Associate in Investment Banking at Mackie Research Capital from 2002 to 2003 and at Bear Stearns & Company from 2000 to 2002.

Before their career in the finance and investment banking sectors, Geordie worked as the Director of Market Research at Tri-Media Integrated Marketing Technologies, Inc. from 1995 to 1998.

Geordie Walker earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Queen's University, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued an MBA in Finance at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 1998 to 2000.
