Sarah Cahill

Sarah Cahill is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at WalkMe™ since October 2022, Sarah previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Exact Sciences from July 2021 to April 2022. Sarah spent eight years at Nuveen, a TIAA company, where roles included Director, Human Resources Business Partner, AVP, Human Resources Business Partner, and other HR positions. Sarah began a career in HR at Mercer, working as an Associate, Senior Analyst, and Analyst in Benefits Consulting from June 2009 to June 2013.
