Chad Hickox serves as the President at Walla Walla Community College since February 2018, having previously held key leadership roles such as Provost/Executive Vice President and Vice President of Instruction. Prior to this, Chad worked at Helena College - University of Montana as the Chief Academic and Student Affairs Officer, where responsibilities included merging student and academic affairs into a cohesive team and overseeing various departments. Chad also held positions at South Seattle College, such as Chief Academic Officer and Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness, where strategic planning and accreditation activities were primary focuses. Additionally, Chad was Associate Dean for Academic Programs at Macomb Community College and a tenured Philosophy Instructor. Chad earned a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University at Buffalo and holds two B.A. degrees in Philosophy and History from The College of Idaho.
