Rob Miller is a Principal Engineer and Vice President at Wallace Group since August 1994. Rob previously worked as an Intern at Caltrans from June 1992 to June 1994. Rob obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University in 1994.
