Amgad Riad

Amgad Riad is a seasoned professional in purchasing and supply chain management, currently serving as Head Of Electromechanical Purchasing at Wallbox Chargers since February 2022. With extensive experience in the automotive and electronics sectors, Amgad's previous roles include Senior Purchasing Automotive Electronics & Electromechanical at IDNEO and Group Sourcing Director at Premo Group. From June 2018 to April 2021, Amgad contributed significantly to automotive electronics and electromechanical purchasing at IDNEO. Earlier experience at Valeo spanned over 14 years, encompassing various roles such as Senior Electronics Buyer and PQA/SQA Certified Process Auditor, where expertise in supplier negotiation, procurement strategy, and quality assurance was developed. Amgad holds an MSc in Mechatronics from King's College London and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Westminster.
