Sam Jacobs

A member of Waller’s Corporate practice, Sam Jacobs focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. His clients are predominantly healthcare organizations, private equity firms and specialty providers, with an emphasis on the dental space. Sam’s experience includes the formation and expansion of dental services organizations (DSOs).

Prior to joining Waller, Sam served as in-house counsel for Physical Rehabilitation Network, where he navigated Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and False Claims Act while structuring deals. Previously, he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he focused on data privacy matters.
