Vicki Stevens

Vicki Stevens, MHRIR, is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Walman since December 2020, Vicki previously held pivotal positions at Northfield Hospital + Clinics and Fairview Health Services. At Northfield Hospital, Vicki oversaw human resources and clinical operations, focusing on enhancing processes and culture to achieve value-based care and positive patient outcomes. During a long tenure at Fairview Health Services, Vicki contributed to strategic business integration and human resource management across multiple divisions, successfully supporting rapid growth and improving clinical performance. Vicki holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
