Leah Cabrera is a seasoned design researcher and strategist with extensive experience in managing research initiatives and leading multidisciplinary teams. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Design Research at Walmart Data Ventures since March 2024, Leah previously held leadership roles in user research at CLEAR and Peloton Interactive, where significant contributions were made to enhance user experience. Academic involvement includes co-teaching at The New School for graduate-level design and management programs, focusing on the design thinking process in collaboration with Northwell Health. Leah's diverse background encompasses roles at organizations such as Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Smart Design, and Doblin, where innovative solutions and human-centered design methodologies were applied to tackle complex challenges across various sectors. Leah holds an MFA in Transdisciplinary Design from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad Francisco Marroquín.
