Ellen Sloneker

Ellen Sloneker has extensive experience in strategic program management and human resources, currently serving in a role focused on supply chain at Walmart since July 2024. Previously, Ellen held the position of Senior Director for HR Shared Services Transformation at Fortive from April 2023 to June 2024. A significant portion of Ellen's career was spent at Walmart, where from April 2002 to April 2023, various roles were undertaken including Director of Strategy for Global HR Shared Services and Senior Manager across multiple HR functions. Ellen's achievements include leading the PMO function to centralize and modernize HR processes, developing talent strategies for global auditing, and enhancing diversity recruitment initiatives across Walmart's corporate and field divisions. Ellen holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Arkansas.
