Sylvain LASSALLE serves as a Non Executive Board Member at CCI France México Bajío since July 2024. As the Plant General Manager at Walor in Irapuato, Mexico since January 2014, Sylvain LASSALLE is responsible for the operations, P&L, administration, strategy, and development of the company's first plant in North America. Previously, Sylvain LASSALLE co-founded Speaking Time, a recognized language school in Guerrero, Mexico, from 2011 to 2017. A year-long journey around the world was undertaken in 2010, covering regions such as India, Southeast Asia, Oceania, and Latin America. Sylvain LASSALLE held the position of Plant Manager at PROCIDEC & MAGMET from September 2007 to December 2009, where responsibilities included re-launching the Tunisian facility and enhancing production quality. Educational qualifications include a Research Master's Degree in Industrial and Logistics Systems Optimization from CentraleSupélec, a Master’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from the Institut français de Mécanique avancée, and studies at the University of Bath.
